Our services and surgeries
It’s always easiest to contact us online – find out why
More information on our surgeries and the services we offer can be found in our patient leaflet
We treat all our patients equally, no matter what their condition or treatment or how often they visit the practice. We do not differentiate by reason of age, race, religion, disability, or the beliefs of our patients. If you require the patient leaflet in a different format, please telephone 01904 928008
Accessing our services
All our surgeries have disabled access, parking, and accessible toilets.
If you need help with your appointment
Please tell us before your appointment:
- if there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond
- if you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email
- if you need an interpreter
- if you have any other access or communication needs
Home Visits
If you feel too ill to come to the surgery or are unable to leave your home for medical reasons, please let us know before 10:30am,
where possible, through any of the appointment pathways. A clinician may telephone you to discuss the problem in the first instance
GP earnings
Earnings
All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.
However, it should be noted that the prescribed method for calculating earnings is potentially misleading because it takes no account of how much time doctors spend working in the practice and should not be used to form any judgement about GP earnings, nor to make any comparison with any other practice.
For our York surgeries, the average pay for 17 full time and 17 part time GPs was £54,325. Figures are drawn from the financial year 2020/21 and is for those GPs who have worked in the practice for more than six month, and were calculated before tax and National Insurance deductions.
Primary care network
Our York surgeries are all part of the West, Outer, and North East York PCN (WoNE). For a description of what PCN’s are and what they do, please visit NHS England
