Patient Services Advisor (Receptionist)

WE ARE RECRUITING FOR A PATIENT SERVICES ADVISOR IN YORK

In the role of Patient Services Advisor, you will receive, assist, and direct patients in accessing the appropriate services or healthcare professionals in a courteous, efficient, and effective way whether this be face to face or over the telephone. You will also undertake a variety of administrative tasks to assist with the smooth running of the practice.

Advanced Clinical Practitioner

WE ARE RECRUITING FOR ADVANCED CLINICAL PRACTITIONERS IN YORK

An excellent opportunity has arisen for Advanced Clinical Practitioners to join our team at Haxby Group in York. We are looking for highly motivated, flexible, reliable and friendly individuals who are passionate about patient care. You will have the ability to communicate effectively with clinicians, patients and support staff. You will be a highly valued members of the team, receiving competitive benefits plus ongoing personal development and training opportunities in our high achieving environment.

Whilst you are a dependent practitioner acting within your professional boundaries, you will work autonomously, without immediate support and supervision, enabled by a collaborative and supportive working relationship with your clinical supervisor. You will deliver safe, effective clinical decision-making and expert quality care, including assessment, diagnosis, clinical management and evaluation to the Practice population. You will have the attitude, skills and knowledge base to deliver quality holistic care and treatment.

GP Mentoring and Support Programmes

This is a programme designed to offer support to future doctors and those applying to medical school.

If you are interested in becoming a doctor this will give you a practical understanding of what it’s like to work as a GP, as well as helping you navigate the application and medical training stages, from undergraduate to postgraduate training.

The programme is open for anyone in the York, Hull or Scarborough areas and is specifically to local people from non-medical families and those who would not normally consider applying to study medicine.

We are offering a range of annual bursaries as part of the scheme.
